Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 364 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
