Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove North Construction Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
