Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Drift Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
