Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Fern Facilities looks after properties across the Madison region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
