Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Clear Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes.
