Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Ashton Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
