Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Rowan Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling.
