Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Little Rock working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
