Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Cross Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Little Rock. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
