Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Little Rock focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
