Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Little Rock plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
