Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
