Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
