Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 539 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
