Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Orchard Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
