Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
