Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Meadow Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
