Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
