Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Corner Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
