Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
