Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jacksonville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 527 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders.
