Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Junction Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
