Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Jackson with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 303 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
