Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
