Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 463 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
