Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
