Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
