Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
