Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
