Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Linden Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
