Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
