Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
