Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Hartford working with agencies and riders, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
