Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
