Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Bright Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Fresno region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
