Operations Manager - throughput and quality (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
