Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
