Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Maple Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
