Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
