Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
