Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Summit Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Denver area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
