Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Bright Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Denver region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
