Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Denver region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
