Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Foxglove North Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
