Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Clear Foods produces packaged foods at its Denver plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
