Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Pine Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Dallas, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
