Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Stone Energy is an energy provider in Dallas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
