Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
