Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
