Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Lakeside Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
